Velvet & Willow Moscato (case)

Wine Making
Made from early harvest White Frontignac.  The ferment is arrested early to leave residual natural sugar.  Aromatic, fruity, fresh, low alcohol wine with crisp acidity.  Lightly carbonated to give the wine a subtle fizz.

Cellaring
Suitable  for current consumption.  The wine will however continue to develop lovely layers of complexity over many years.

Food Suggestion
Ideal to drink on its own. It will accompany savoury snacks, meze type meals, Asian foods and citrus desserts very well.
